THE ASSASSINATION OF JESSE JAMES BY THE COWARD ROBERT FORD surprised many this year with several acting, technical, and Top Ten awards at this years Bornies. INTERVIEW, JOSHUA, ZODIAC, and INTO THE WILD also featured heavily in the ceremony, though few were suprised that KB and RB awarded NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN and THERE WILL BE BLOOD with most of the major awards - RB going with NO COUNTRY atop his Ten Best of the Year contenders and KB choosing THERE WILL BE BLOOD to cap his Top Ten.
